Business Development Executive (Edtech Sales)

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handling the tie-ups with collages and schools, Key account management and generating the sales where student can register for the course
- Network with Institutions, Colleges and Universities, meeting key decision makers, Top Authority for Business Tie-ups & work towards execution of MOU.
- Establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top universities, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, etc.
- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
- Handling B2B sales, Key account Management & Collection functions for the territory.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Partners and clients in person via calls and emails & meetings.
- Responsible for achieving sales & collection targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Candidates Core Specification
 - Support students one on one in their selection of course, application
 - Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations
 - Counselling, Interacting with student and parents
 - Understand Student needs / requirements and pitch a Suitable program,
 - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and mails
 - Interface with leads via Inbound and outbound calls with various source, Converting leads into confirmed application PAN India,
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience from software training institute
- Expected to dress in professional business attire and work 9 am to 6 pm
- Ready to go on business trips around the country
- Typically work according to their own initiative and have few superiors to answer
